Pawsbury Lane Summer Giveaway

Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility:

  • The Pawsbury Lane Summer Giveaway (termed “Giveaway”) is open to individuals (“participants”) aged 18 and above. No age restrictions for dogs (or cat)!

  • Participants are required to have a valid Instagram account (see “How to Enter” for details) in order to publish Reel(s) or Post(s) (collectively termed “content”), and tag Pawsbury Lane (@pawsburylane) in the said content.

  • Content must include photos of the participant(s) and / or their pet(s) wearing Pawsbury Lane’s product and must be published by June 8th, 2024, 10pm EST.

2. How to Enter:

  • Entry into the Grand Giveaway is free! Participants are required to provide their email address and Instagram handle on the sign up page so the winner can be notified. If you’ve already signed up at our live event, you don’t have to sign up again!

  • In order to qualify, participants must (i) tag @pawsburylane and (ii) include hashtag #pawsburylane in the content

  • Only one entry per participant will count towards the Giveaway.

3. Prize:

  • The prize for the giveaway is a $100 voucher and free shipping, to be used only on Pawsbury Lane’s shop (www.pawsburylane.com)

  • The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or an alternative prize.

4. Winner Selection:

  • The winner will be announced on Saturday, June 15th, 2024.

  • The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries.

  • The winner will be notified via email and on Instagram (via Direct Message) within 5 days of the Giveaway closing date.

5. Publicity:

  • By entering the Giveaway, participants agree to allow Pawsbury Lane to use their name and likeness for promotional purposes without further compensation.

6. Privacy:

  • Any personal information provided by participants will be used solely for the purpose of administering the giveaway (including use for marketing on Pawsbury Lane’s website and social media) and will not be shared with third parties.

7. Disqualification:

  • Pawsbury Lane reserves the right to disqualify any participant found to be tampering with the entry process or violating these terms and conditions.

8. Agreement to Terms:

  • By participating in the giveaway, participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
